| With opinion from the 12th May, 1998 the district court of
Hamburg has decided that one has to answer for the contents of the linked
side(page) if necessary with by the
content of a link. This can, so LG, are prevented only by the fact that one strictly dissociates himself from these
contents. We has put on our sides(pages) links to other sides(pages) in the Internet. Is
considered(applies) to all these links:
We strictly explain(express) that has like no influence on the organization and the contents of the linked
sides(pages). Herewith, therefore, we strictly dissociate ourselves from all contents of all linked
sides(pages) on our homepage and these contents do not do us own. This
explanation(statement) is considered(applies) to all links indicated on our
homepage.
Mit
Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, daß
